-
Entrance & Feature Areas: A custom entrance established the booth’s presence, while feature walls and details helped define the different areas within it
-
Curved Production: MDF, wood, acrylic, metal framing, printed vinyl, and decorative finishes were combined to achieve the booth’s curved forms
-
Acrylic Features: Illuminated acrylic elements were integrated, highlighting key structures and adding depth to the booth
-
On-Site Installation: All structural and scenic elements were delivered and installed on site
Highlights & Challenges
-
Distinctive Structures: Curved structures and sculptural forms gave the booth a strong physical presence within the busy festival floor.
-
Immersive Zones: The booth was divided into dedicated areas that encouraged visitors to move through and interact with different brand touchpoints.
-
Complex Curves: Producing curved MDF, wood, acrylic, and metal structures required precise manufacturing and careful assembly to achieve clean, continuous forms.
-
Illuminated Detailing: LED systems and illuminated acrylic added another layer of complexity while enhancing the booth’s key features.
-
Integrated Branding: Vodafone’s identity was incorporated directly into the physical structures rather than relying solely on standalone graphics or signage.
-
High-Traffic Installation: Building within a large gaming festival required efficient on-site assembly and careful coordination to ensure the booth was ready for continuous visitor activity.
